Every year, local entertainer Leah Bell, organises Stars On Sunday.

The show, held at The Journal Tyne Theatre each September, now has a strong following, and on the back of its growing success, organiser Leah Bell, decided to double the money she annually raises for the Sunshine Fund, and put on a Christmas variety show too!

Silver Bells featured seasonal entertainment from the Silver Belles dancers, Leah Bell herself and Johnny DeLittle, and combined with Stars on Sunday, Leah raised over £5,000 for the fund in one year!
